We are also active in other legal domains, especially contracts,  but also mediation and arbitration. Indeed, contracts are nearly always needed at a moment or another in an entrepreneur’s or a company’s life. We are convinced that prevention is better than cure and propose the necessary supervision/framework, in order to prevent eventual problems.

Once a problem is there or seems foregone, we are convinces that it is most times better to get around a table in order to solve the problem, rather than fight during months or even years within costly court actions. This is the reason why we propose and manage voluntarily mediations or arbitrations
